To gain access to Surus’s e-commerce facilities, you must register using an online registration process, accessible via the My Account function visible on the toolbar on the Surus homepage. 8. Surus reserves the right to alter the Conditions of Use at any time and without prior consultation. Any use of whole or of the Surus website by you following any changes to Conditions of Use shall be deemed to be acceptance of such change. If you do not agree with changes made to Conditions of Use, you must terminate use of Surus immediately. Users who engage in behaviour which is considered to be aggressive or denigrating, or promote views that advocate religious, racial, sexual or societal intolerance, may have access to Surus suspended, restricted or be removed from the service.

Surus may investigate either reported violation of these Conditions of Use or respond to complaints accordingly. Preview samples of digital content available without charge on the Surus website are available for streaming on personal computer, mobile device or other similar personal device only. 24. Surus does not guarantee that any services or downloadable content provided via the Surus Website will be free from loss, viruses, third-party attack, interferences, hacking or other security intrusions and disclaims any liability relating to these situations.

25. Surus is not liable if you incur loss or damage by connecting to or from the Surus Website through a hypertext link provided by a third party user or organisation.

26. Should any part of the Conditions be deemed for any reason unlawful, void or unenforceable, that specific provision shall be deemed to be severable from these Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions.

27. These Conditions and the Privacy Policy referred to herein contain the entire agreement between you and Surus relating to the subject matter covered. This supersedes any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, written or verbal, between you and Surus in relation to such matters.

Digital Content Purchases ("Downloads")

29. Your use of the Downloads from the Website is conditional upon your prior acceptance of all Conditions referred to herein.

30. You agree Surus is unable to accept cancellation of any orders for digital downloads and cannot offer refunds for digital orders.

31. Surus accepts payment for digital content only through the PayPal payment platform. No other forms of payment for products or services will be accepted.

32. You confirm that all details provided to Surus for the purposes of ordering or purchasing products or services are correct and that you are in possession of a valid and functioning PayPal account to enable a purchase transaction. You will refer to

    41. You acknowledge and agree that any and all products ordered via Surus are for your own private and domestic use only.

    42. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between Surus and you until Surus has accepted your order and confirmed this acceptance via email. Acceptance of order will include our understanding that the order is complete and that this has been communicated to you at the point an email is dispatched to you. The confirmation email constitutes acceptance by Surus of your request to buy products available to Surus.

    43. Price for a particular product will be the price displayed on the Website at the exact time of purchase. Surus reserves the right to alter prices at any time.

    44. Price protection or refunds will not be offered in the event of a promotional offering where a product may be available at a lower price than previously purchased by you.

    45. All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of these Conditions and fulfillment of any order for Physical products is subject to stock availability and acceptance by us of your order. We are under no obligation to fulfill any customer order.

    47. If for any reason you decide to return a physical product included in this offer for a refund, you will be refunded the price off the physical product less the cost of the MP3 Digital product, unless you have not downloaded the Digital from your account.
